I will never recommend this company. They charged 300 percent of the original value, 4k for 75 ft gutters and gutter guards. We are satisfied with the gutters but not satisfied with their gutter guard they installed, their managers or their customer service. We had the salesman come and he said what sets them apart from others is that the guard cover the entire gutter system. Unique took over Larmco accounts after they went under.I was told by Unique Home Solutions they would honor my warranty on my larmco windows.After I would not buy products from them Unique said they couldn’t take care of my warranty on my windows.I wouldn’t do business with these crooks if they gave away products.
High Pressure Sales tactics used to coerce elderly home owners into paying thousands for un-needed home repair!
We called THEM because we knew we were going to purchase their gutters. The salesman came out, interrupted our conversation 2 times with a personal phone calls that took more than a total of over 30 minutes while we were trying to sign contracts. He also kept telling us that he didn't care if we bought the gutters or not. Guess that should have been our first clue. He was just rude!! We were paying cash, no financing. Came out last night, quoted us at $2,300.00 per window for 13 windows. $29,900.00, for windows. If I wanted the garden window in the kitchen, add $8,000.00. The monthly payment was more than my car payment, HOA dues, Homeowners Insurance, and Car insurance combined. Took forever to get the sales guy to understand that I wouldn't be signing any sort of contract or making a decision last night. Now today I get a call.
