Dr. Ballard and her staff do a wonderful job providing health care services that fit my needs. I find Unique Holistic Care to be consistently professional and courteous while providing a calm and welcoming environment.

I was considering changing my review based on you reaching out for accountability but that will not happen. Venus Woke is one of the best practitioners I have ever met. She truly gives time to her patients, listens to their concerns, and answers questions. I admire her passion for a holistic care. She gives great insights on mental health. She is very quick to respond to emails/ portal system. I look forward to seeing her because I know she is one of the only providers who I can truly trust to care and do what is best for me. I recommend her to all my friends and family members!

Communication with the office and my provider is prompt and professional. My personal provider (Venus Woke) takes her time to really do what’s best for me at every turn. She truly listens and it’s obvious she has a passion for quality patient care. I’ve never once felt like a number or that my concerns were brushed off. Very grateful I found her!
