We have used John abd his company on numerous commercial projects and can't say enough about the quality of his work. They over react whenever we call for an emergency and get our customers taken care of right away.
Professional team
Definitely 5 star service! Sales (Mike) helped us determine which units would be best for us and gave us a financing option. Installation (Kelly and Dakota) were on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up, explained everything, etc.
Kevin diagnosed a problem arco could not and managed to find the part the next day. Professional courteous and knowledgeable.
We didn't have heat and I called around 4:15 p.m. and scheduled a service visit for that evening. The charge was $175 as it was after hours. Got call awhile later stating that they wouldn't come if I didn't have a service agreement. What? Wasn't the $175 enough for a diagnosis? So much for dealing with urgent issues. Would never use this company because of poor customer service.
