I hired Unique Glass to repair several windows whose sashes kept sliding down. Very positive experience. Quito responded to my email the next day, and I had an appointment within the week. George came first to measure the windows, and on the next day he returned to replace he balances. He was prompt and efficient and finished the job within two hours.
