This is my second vehicle from Unique! Just lost my first car to an unfortunate accident and JV was right there to help me get into a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service! My husband went down to look for me and speak to them after my accident. Very poor service, after getting an oil change, I checked it the next day. The oil was black, brought it back, service manager checked it, swore it was done. He said it has one of our filters, well dah, you service the last 10 times. I took it to a friend who is in the business but not in the area. He said there is no way it was changed. Even when they did change it, it leaked on my garage floor for two day dripping off the frame. Don't like being lied to. I like to support local businesses, but not at my expense. I am OVERLY impressed with the service that I got at Unique Ford! I went in on Friday and Bill Kestner hooked me up today with my dream Expedition! He hit the nail on every head when it came to the options I want. My financing was so easy and was better than I could have even asked for. They don’t shuffle around with pricing, he asked what I want and found it for a reasonable price and got me a monthly payment that was less than I had even budgeted for! Just picked up our new Explorer Sport. Everything was easy and quick. JV was a 9.8 of 10.(just kidding JV) Not my first car from Unique and not my last.
Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way for us. Our salesman JV was attentive and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get us a deal on a new F150. The whole process from start to finish was quick with no pressure. Joe the business manager on duty was fun to work with.
