Easy purchase. No high pressure sales. They had what I wanted at a decent price. I would do business with Goffstown Ford again.
Brought my car down to have them check out a code, was told a completely unrelated part was causing the issue, they refused to explain how they came to that conclusion. They also tried to claim my vehicle had other issues and would never pass state inspection (I had just passed inspection 3 weeks before) Brought it to another dealership for a second opinion. We bought a used truck and within 2 months had to replace the front brakes, the water pump and thermostat. Unique only paid for a portion of the brakes. Granted it's a 2014 but still, paying out $600 in repairs within 2 months is a bit much.
Friendly staff that care about your needs and are willing to work with you under any circumstance.
My first service on my 2018 F-150. In and out in less than an hour. Service folks were very friendly and accommodating.
