I purchased a treadmill from this company. I had purchased a similar one from Amazon and it had arrived broken. I called this company to make sure the packing is right so that I would not receive another broken treadmill. They asked me to call Bodycraft; the manufacturer. Bodycraft has one of the worst possible customer service. The owner is one of the rudest and most arrogant people you can ever imagine.
