I used purchased a package from the previous business name California Cosmetics turned Unique DNA which now again has a new name. I was told that if i wasn't satisfied I would recieve a 100% refund. I was not happy with the results actually there was no change at all. My wife also expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction. She was Also told I would receive a full refund however they insisted I continue. I did made several calls and no returned calls. My experience at unique DNA has been nothing but welcoming. I initially purchased a Groupon to try the new fad of thermalift. Skin tightening. Boy was I surprised at how effective this treatment was. The staff here are amazing and knowledgeable. Dr. Marie Singson make me feel comfortable and helped educate me to ensure I received the desired results. Christie as well is awesome.
