I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy flowers. They have the best designs I’ve seen and they’re very affordable. But what got me was their customer service. They have by far the BEST Customer care I’ve experience in a while. If I had to rate them best out of 10, they get 20. Thank You for the Beautiful Bouquet my wife is going to be very happy. My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of roses for my 30th birthday and was told they would be ready for January 3rd. They called the morning of the 3rd and told him they wouldn’t be ready until the 4th. I didn’t have the roses for my birthday pictures. Bad service. Edit: The owner’s response is completely false. We have the recording of the call where they actually APOLOGIZE for not having the flowers ready on Saturday morning. This business needs to learn accountability.
