GARBAGE!!!!!! ORDERED 3K WORTH OF PARTS FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY CAME IN WARPED, CRACKED AND BROKE AFTER PAINTING AND BAKING ON PAINT. MADISON AND BRENT WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN THE MANY EMAILS I HAVE SENT THEM.
These are custom parts that are hard to find. I was excited to find someone who carries them. But they take your money and don't ship the parts. I'm still owed several hundred dollars and the owner wont return calls or emails
I searched for a long time for a company who could finish out the inside of my van just the way I wanted it. Unique Concepts went over and above to make my vision real. I wanted something to make traveling easier. They put in a bathroom, sink, tv, mini fridge, and tons of store space. Me and my family are totally satisfied. They can literally do ANYTHING you ask for! They never told us no to any of our ideas.
Sorry company , takes too long to get parts . Ordered Avalanche upper kit , It took 2 months with no phone call to let me know anything and to top it off they sent wrong parts, Sorry Sorry Company . I own a restyling automotive company for almost 30 years and to top it off they try to sell me the right part for a discounted 100 dollars , DON"T TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH THEM they are SORRY ! I ordered a DVD player for my Regency van. They sent me an estimate with a photo and description of the DVD player. The estimate was for a Jensen player with RCA jacks in the front of the unit the price was $295.00 I thought I was getting a quality product. What I got was a DVD by Farenheit that they paid $60 for online, the package came with the receipt where they purchased it from.
