I’ve been trying to get in touch with UCC for over a month. My wife started to call to set a a present and gave up after two weeks, so I started to call no answer then Facebook message with an auto response, not a real reply. I’ve never talked to a single person I’m pretty sure they do good work but horrible customer service. So when Facebook says they reply in less than an hour it’s because they send you an auto reply ( not answering any questions) and not a real message.
