Ordering my bridesmaid’s dresses through this shop was a nightmare. Two of my bridesmaids were not measured correctly so when their dresses came in they did not fit. Also, another bridesmaid's dress came in defective. The store promised to reorder the 3 dresses and assured us they would be in within 2 weeks. During that time the store manager, Patti, was let go and the seamstress, Ladora, had taken over. RecommendedWorking with Patti at Unique Bridal made finding "the one" wedding dress a truly stress-free and smooth event. Patti was SO helpful when it came to choosing and eliminating dresses, and always gave her expert, sincere, and thoughtful opinion. She chose the MOST BEAUTIFUL veil to match my dress, and I just couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I have had a HUGE amount of patience with this place and the people who run it. I am disgusted by the fact that they think what they’re doing is ok. My mom’s gift to me was a down payment on my wedding dress. My mom is now out $500 and there is no dress! I have no dress for MY wedding!!!
Unique Bridal closed up shop with my mother's dress inside while it was in alterations. They said on their voicemail they will be closed until after my wedding. They are not returning calls. My mother is so upset. I have my wedding on Saturday to worry about and I have to help my mother get another dress. Even though I'm the one getting married, this is her special day too. I can't believe this store would just close up for a month without notice and not let their customers know!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY
What a great day, didnt plan it,but walked in with no appt and my daughter found THE dress. Kristina was a wonder and joy.
