Honest ethical business. I bought my 2011 Ford Edge and it included a free warranty, unheard of in this day and age. My family and extended family have made several purchases from Unique Autos, and even though there is always a risk buying a used vehicle from anywhere, we have never been disappointed in Unique Autos.
I bought my car july 15. i had to put it in the shop a week after i bought it because it had an oil leak. okay that's common. I wasn't upset over that. But the SAME DAY i get my car out the shop, my transmission blows. They need to check their cars better than they do. The Customer service and people were nice at the time of my purchase. but when all this happened. they wanted to be pricks.
After purchasing my 2006 dodge durango February of 2016 I must admit I ran into a bump in the road. Jake worked with me to the best of his ability to help me get through the problem with my truck. He even presented another option to get me into another vehicle. I am very happy to say I didnt have to take that option. My truck just had a minor radiator issue that has since been replaced. We purchased a vehicle yesterday afternoon from them. My husband seems to like the salesperson. I was not happy that the vehicle was delivered to us with a little less than a quarter of a tank of gas and we live the next town over. I feel we just paid cash, they could have at least put 5.00 gas in. This morning it is being put into the shop for a check over, an inspection sticker and a concern with the brake pedal. I may revise this review once I have the report.
