Took my 2017 Honda Pilot there for an oil change. Clean waiting room and service was done quickly. They also took the time to remind me of some service I may need in the future so that I can be prepared. Great shop!
Have been taking our fleet vehicles and personal rigs to Unique for about a decade now, and have only had wonderful experiences. Honest guys who tell you how it is, and then fix it right. Couldn't ask for more from a mechanic shop. Thanks for being such a great service to the auto owners of Missoula! Highly recommend!
I stopped by their shop to get an estimate for ac repair, and they didnt even want to give me an estimate for my car. Apparently they are too busy to bother, even though i was the only customer in the room. Really disappointing since I went to their old location several times with good service. Apparently now I need to find a better place to go.
I had a great experience with Unique Auto. In my experience, auto shops are not always friendly places for women, and I tend to feel vulnerable when I need to take my car in to a shop. My interactions with the Unique Auto staff were very kind and accommodating. I would even call them for advice when looking to buy a car and appreciate their honesty. They have not steered me wrong.
