Got an estimate here and contacted my insurance. After two days of waiting I contacted my insurance who then contacted them again, when my insurance called back they had informed me that they were told "its not a priority" and was apparently "very rude" to my insurance. When I went to tell the manager about the problem he had no concern and so when I told him he lost my business he said "cool" the city is way to big to go to shops that could care less about paying customers.
Unique is amazing and there is no other place we will take our cars!!! Their work is stunning, they're professional, kind, thorough, and quick on their turnaround. They helped me get a rental car through my insurance and coordinated with the rental car company to pick me up, and drop me back off at Unique, making the car repairs process as seamless as possible!!! Thank you!!!

These guys are amazing at what they do! I have worked with Geoff and Jeremy on a couple occasions. First they fixed another shops mess up and they exceeded my expectations and Jeremy the owner took it on himself. It just went in again to them do to a hit and run and they have blown me away. We found Unique Auto Body years ago when the owner Jeremy had just opened the shop on Redwood road. My husband is super picky about vehicle repairs. It needs to be perfect, as well it should be. Jeremy and his crew have always taken the best care of us over the years, and always make sure that our vehicles look as good or better than before the accident.
