As renters relocating to Vancouver, we had a great experience working with Golnaz, Richard, and Naj throughout our housing search. Golnaz and Richard were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and collaborative from start to finish. What stood out most was how proactive they were—not only helping us with available properties, but also reaching out about new listings that were expected to join their portfolio. It was clear they kept our family’s needs in mind and were genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit rathe... read more
Unique Accommodations were fantastic across the board. They were professional from the start! I never had any issues with communicating with them. They were quick, responsive and fast. The flexibility and warmth I felt from the team is something I appreciated profusely. Not to mention, they have beautiful properties listed. I'd 100% recommend going with them to find your next home!

Finding a rental in Vancouver from afar is not for the faint of heart — but Richard and the Unique Accommodations team made it look easy. From the first interaction to keys in hand, every single step was handled with professionalism, speed, and genuine care. Richard was an absolute machine — responsive, detail-oriented, and on top of every moving part without ever making me chase him. He set the tone from day one and delivered on every promise. Matthew handled the contracts side seamlessly and made the whole process feel eff... read more
A professional, organized, and trustworthy team. From the moment they showed me the property to arranging a meeting with the landlord and finalizing the lease agreement, the entire process took less than 72 hours. Their responsiveness, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I had an excellent experience working with them and highly recommend their services.
