I am a relocation consultant and, as such, deal with a number of property management firms and landlords. Unique Accommodations has always offered top-notch service. Regarding my most recent experience, I received an immediate reply to my email (on a Saturday) and a viewing was booked the same day, with a full online tour sheet sent shortly after. Great experience working with this team. The team at UA was amazing to work with. Every person responded promptly, politely and professionally. I would highly recommend working with UA. If you have had similar experiences with other luxury rental providers in Vancouver (not good), check out UA. You won’t be disappointed. I had a very pleasant experience working with the Unique Accommodations team. They were highly responsive, professional, and thorough throughout the process. I especially appreciated how carefully they vetted the tenants and handled the details end-to-end. Highly recommended.
We recently went through Unique for our new rental and the team made it such a breeze. Communication was clear and extremely quick. Everyone we worked with was welcoming, well informed, and dedicated. Any questions we had were always answered promptly and the whole process of signing the lease and paying deposits was done in a way that felt secure for our private info. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will even consider going through Unique again whenever we move next!
