The clinic never pickup calls and hardly to book appointments, I have no chance to chose walking clinic, then was is the point to have a paediatrician
Our son is a patient of Dr.Jackie Lui’s and she’s truly a breath of fresh air. She treats everyone (both the patient & caregivers) with respect and professionalism. She is very busy but she will always put the child first & will listen to parents’ concerns. I always attend the appt with a list of questions and she’s never once made me feel dismissed. I cannot recommend this clinic due to their poor administrative management. Our pediatrician retired several years ago, yet we were never informed. No email, no phone call, no letter. They didn't even bother to reassign my daughter to another doctor in the same clinic. Today, my daughter has an urgent health issue, and we are told we have no doctor to see. It’s unacceptable to leave a child without medical coverage due to such negligence. A medical clinic should prioritize patient communication, but they clearly don't.

We’ve been with this clinic for almost five years now, and throughout this time, it’s clear that both the staff and the pediatricians are constantly striving to improve their service. All the staff are incredibly friendly and always make an effort to communicate clearly, even checking to make sure we fully understand their Mandarin.
