The reception guy was ruled, showed no patience, and provided poor service. We always had very good experience with the Doctor in the past years. This is the first time I have felt compelled to raise a concern regarding staff conduct. I would appreciate it if you could ensure your staff are trained in basic courtesy and customer service.
I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Jackie Lui. The appointment felt rushed, and my concerns were not addressed. When I asked whether it was okay to introduce yogurt to my baby, Dr. Lui told me to ask our family doctor. As a pediatrician, I expected guidance on a basic question about infant nutrition. Dr. Leslie is the kind of doctor you want for your child. Very thorough, very patient and very empathetic (and practical at the same time). She's excellent at what she does. And I would highly recommend her.
