i went to the outpatient center today but Wal-Mart. the lady working there had the nerve to ask me "may i ask you why her(my daughter) hair is like that? for 1 it's none of your concern for 2 you made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted there! for 3 my daughter has a condition. the way you start at my daughter was uncalled for! I would like to report this to a higher Administration.
Horrible experience today. Took my 9 month old son for lab work. The woman came in the room smelling terribly of cigarettes. No one should be dealing with a baby smelling like that. She had no clue what she was doing and after sticking and moving the needle around him it took over a minute for her to start draw the blood. He was freaking out so I told her to stop asked for my paperwork and left. I will take him elsewhere for his labs. I never have problems with this hospital. I've always been treated well and with respect. Thank you all at Uniontown Hospital.
Days after getting out of icu they won't do my labs unless I pay on my bill. I don't have it right now so they won't do it. It's critical blood work. I almost died less than a week ago and we haven't even received a pay since I got out of icu. They care about nothing but the money
