I called to make an appointment for teeth whitening which was initially scheduled for 11am. They called me back twice asking if I could come in a little earlier because they were trying to "condense their schedule". I complied and ultimately my appoinent was changed to 9am. I was running a little behind that morning and at 9:09am, while I was driving there, they called.me and said because it was now 9 minutes past my scheduled time they could not see me.
