I have lived here for coming up on a year and have really enjoyed living here. Bobby and the front office staff have been super helpful with any issues that I have had and have addressed them promptly every time. There is also a lot of communication between emails and signs posted throughout the building to keep tenants informed and up to date with things that are going on. We relocated to Union West at the end of August and could not be more satisfied with our experience thus far. The staff, including Bobby, Matt, and Alyxis, are exceptional in their service. Recently, John from maintenance addressed an issue with my dishwasher and, upon noticing that my dog lhad accessed the trash, kindly took the initiative to clean up and dispose of it. We lived here for about a year and a half. It's not the worst apartment complex but I could complain about a few things. Like the constant break-ins at the garage, super loud upstairs neighbors, fire alarms going off, and all their crazy fees. That being said Bobby and his team did what they could to address the issues and their events were really cool.
