We’ve been living here for about 7 years and I have to be honest when concept property where the management of this complex they didn’t put that much effort on keeping this place nice and good to live but since they passed it over to our new management everything it’s much better, they are actually coming every day to the complex, the laundry room it’s ALWAYS nice and clean, they have fixed a lot of the outside, they upgraded the pool furniture, they have replaced carpets …. I love living here, the property is well maintained and is always kept very clean. The management is very attentive and quick to respond and resolve any issues that come up. It has been an amazing experience living here!
Since the new management team has taken over I’ve seen strive forward after strive forward. This is a phenomenal place to live and is only getting better! I can’t imagine a better place to live!
Very quiet and peaceful place to live. I have no complaints, and the community has improved significantly since Concept is no longer managing the property .
We really appreciate Jerimiah, the maintenance tech! He has fixed the majority of our issues quickly and always makes sure we are taken care of and comfortable in our home . Really goes the extra mile for residents.
