Poor experience and misleading promotion. They advertised a waived $90 visit fee for laid-off federal workers — but only refunded $30 because they charged $60 for an 1-yr Bordetella vax, which cost me $36 elsewhere last year; Bait-and-switch "deal." During the visit, my dog was hyper, and when she wouldn’t stay still to be weighed, one of the staff made a mocking comment pretending to speak as my dog — not helpful and totally unprofessional. I have been taking my dog to Union Vet since I rescued him in 2017. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences during this time! You can tell the Union Vet team truly cares about their patients. They have provided top notch care and recommendations for my dog, Salem. Salem is very timid and anxious, as many rescues are, but the team navigates this hurdle with care and ease. From the doctors, techs, front desk, etc. I can't recommend Union Veterinary Clinic enough!
This is the second time I am discriminated for being Latino by Kia at the front desk. I was just asking for clarification about a test for my dog and she even laughted at me. Part of the staff was witnessing this. The last time I talked to the manager for being mistreated she said: "That's not possible and you are welcome to go somewhere else". My dog has been coming here for 8 years. And the thousands of dollars I have spent here are as green as those from white and black customers that are treated with respect. This time I... read more
This is my second year with Union Vet and am thrilled with my vet, Dr. Massre! He provides excellent care for my two collies that have had challenges this last year. All of the associates are exceptionally kind and professional.
