I love sushi. I have been to many different sushi places, all over the United States and I can honestly say that Union Sushi and Barbecue Bar was THE best sushi place I have been to. I had the Sashimi Cup, Philly Roll, Godzilla Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Crispy Salmon Skin Roll- all of which were AMAZING. You can tell the fish is super fresh- it practically melts in your mouth. Great food and drinks as well as impeccable service. It is a bit pricey and while the atmosphere is beautiful it's a very trendy, loud spot. Hard to have good conversation.
