My absolute favorite sushu, negiri, soup & cocktails I have ever had at sushi restaurant. Very fresh ingredients, very unique combinations and outstanding service from our server Dao. I highly recommend Union Sushi & will be back again & again!
Very innovative menu that veers from the common to the absolutely delicious fusion of tastes and textures. Chef does a spectacular job of preparing the daily and unadvertised specials. Sit at the counter near the barbecue spit. That is where all the action is.
We enjoyed everything from the unique menu, both cocktails and food to the atmosphere, and great service!! We celebrated my husband's birthday and will be back to celebrate mine in a few weeks!
