Younger crowd Friday and Saturday nights and gets PACKED after 10:30pm.
Waitress told us to go to the bar for drinks, and she’s done serving use because we started a tab and didn’t tip on the spot. When confronting the manager, he said he doesn’t believe us because it’s he said/ she said, and they’re like a family there. He said the customer isn’t always right. He then told me that I’m being mean to take sides. Unbelievable. I wouldn’t spend another dime at this place, completely rude to us. Save your time and money, this place will leave you upset and feeling mistreated. What a joke

You didn’t speak to the owner, so please give accurate details. I apologize you had a bad experience. The supervisor on duty offered to buy a round for you and your party and have a conversation with you to rectify the situation and you cursed at him and left. So at that point, there is nothing else our establishment can do.
Sorry folks but do not waste your money here. The wait staff was extremely rude she got upset when we started asking about specials on a Thursday night. Then we paid the wait staff for our drinks and she completely disrespected us by saying we could go get our drinks at the bar and that she was not working for "fucking" free. Sorry your tips are earned and I tip upon completion of service based on your service. Management was called over and also told us that we were wrong. I was with my husband at the KFR show and we arrived around 9pm. The waitress was attentive the music was great. I needed to use the restroom and was mortified by the bathroom two stalls no doors on either one and a flimsy lock on the bathroom door. Really inappropriate as it is right accross the hall to the mens room. Overall the bar held a decent crowd and prices reasonable but the drink flavors could have used more consistancy. Overall, true bar feel, with great service.

Thanks for the comments and honest feedback. Unfortunately, we had to remove the women’s individual stall doors as they were vandalized/broken. What you witnessed is the only alternative until the replacement doors are delivered and installed. Great live music, exquisite customer service and pleasent atmosphere are all areas we take pride in so we are glad those were positives for you.
First and last time we will be visiting this establishment. Had a large group for a birthday party and two males at the bar were creeping on every woman in the group. Once two women from the party went into the restroom they were immediately followed and asked if they were moms and if they had daughters, then asked if the daughters were with them.
