The station is beautiful and clean but forget about taking a pre train dump... hot smelly and dirtier than the whore on the corner

Whenever I meet guest and give them tours of Washington, DC, I always tell them that Union Station reminds me of Ellis Island. This beautiful architecture is the gateway to Washington, DC.
Lunch at Shake Shack and some brew or wine! Chop'T, Potbelly, Chipotle, Bojangles.....I could live here!
As often as I come here to pick up and drop off my CSers, this is almost a second home..... ha ha
Check out the display case exhibit in East Hall on construction. And restoration of building.
If you go off to the side of the main hall in between the Columbus Club and Thunder Grill, the room is nice and quiet. No one ever ventures in there. It's a nice way to find a seat to sit and get away
