I would not bring a dead rat to that office. The two girls on the front desk are either confused or rude. Dr Hartman needs a lesson in compassion
Dr hartman and his staff are the most skilled caring veteranarystaff I have ever encountered! My animals go nowhere else! In the past I had a bad experience with a capital district vet hospital this being said if you are looking for a vet and love your animals or know someone looking for the best of care for their pets big or small they care for them all I urge you to give them a call!
