ive been on the waiting list for more than two years and no one has reached out to me.. you try to call it goes straight to voicemail.. you try to go in? NO ONE IS NEVER THERE. its very frustrating and unprofessional! how am i supposed to keep you guys updated with information but no one never responds?

I’ve been living here for over 4 years and have not had much problems until this year. Recently there has been a new crowd of people who have been in the neighborhood and they have been causing a lot of disturbances. There’s always physical altercations, arguments, and have been many incidents relating guns including shootings and scares. I have never been this worried living here until all this. This place is a mess and I do not recommend nobody to live here. I haven’t even been here for over a year and had two floods, a broken refrigerator for over a week, a discontinued lock on my door and very very noisy neighbors. management is so poor, I constantly complain and document everything but they don’t do anything about the problems. Not like it use to be over 15 yr. Resident. Everything has changed also hard to live where some others not concerned about how they live. Maintenance not bad, once they are ordered by management. Would like even better access to management , but lately has been challenging. Very noisy in the evening .
