My wife and I loved calling Union Plaza apartments our home during my postdoc. The 1-bedroom apartments are surprisingly spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the overall vibe of the community is serene and genuinely peaceful. It is incredibly convenient for Stanford students/postdocs; it is so close that I could even walk to my lab. Lived here for 4 years, between 2021-2025. Convenient location between Stanford and San Jose. Apartment complex is clean and quiet. Current management, Talha, sets an exceptionally high standard of communication and consideration for tenants.
Very convenient to Fletcher Middle School and Gunn High School. Clean, quiet and well-located in Palo Alto. The apartment manager, Talha, is very reliable and responsive. I moved three times within the building (to a 2 bedroom and back to a 1 bedroom) and Talha always made it easy and convenient. He was also great about maintenence and any other needs in the building. I highly recommend Union Plaza Apartments!
It was a pleasure to call this place my home during my stay in Palo Alto and I cannot recomment it enough for those who use public transportations regularly as an express bus line stops at the station right next to the apartment. The building manager was also very helpful whenever I needed help. I would come back if I were to move back to Palo Alto.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Union Plaza Apartments. The only reason I moved out was because no 2 bedroom apartments freed up in this complex since my friend and I were planning on being roommates (I lived in a 1 bed 1 bath). Talha, the property manager, is very responsive, flexible, and helpful. The community is quiet, the location and price points are great, and the newly renovated apartments are nice.
