It was a pleasure to call this place my home during my stay in Palo Alto and I cannot recomment it enough for those who use public transportations regularly as an express bus line stops at the station right next to the apartment. The building manager was also very helpful whenever I needed help. I would come back if I were to move back to Palo Alto.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Union Plaza Apartments. The only reason I moved out was because no 2 bedroom apartments freed up in this complex since my friend and I were planning on being roommates (I lived in a 1 bed 1 bath). Talha, the property manager, is very responsive, flexible, and helpful. The community is quiet, the location and price points are great, and the newly renovated apartments are nice.
Nice remodeled unit in an older building, with a really nice and responsive manager. Generous storage (3 large closets in a 1 bedroom) and spacious rooms. Location is safe, didn’t have issues with package theft and the area is usually quiet. Could hear some building noise from neighbors and the floor above but it was within reason. Location is good. Overall living here was very comfortable and I will look back very fondly on the experience!

Lived here in a studio for several years. Nice and peaceful, good neighbors, good resident managers, never had any major issues. Will look back fondly on my time here.
