My children and I really enjoyed our experience! This was our first visit and it couldn't have been more positive. EVERYONE was so friendly and kind. They helped us in understanding our insurance (something I have always found confusing). Dr. Greenhill was so kind and answered all my questions. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Who knew a dental visit could be so great! Highly recommend!! Out of 5 stars, I would give a 10!
Dr. Greenhill is a caring, compassionate dentist! He has created an office where kids feel welcome and are excited to go to their appointments. He is involved in the community and invests in his team, community, and the children he comes in contact with - as well as other members of the dental community. I would absolutely recommend him to any one looking for a dentist for their kids!
BEWARE!!! They recommend a procedure, never quote a price, tell you insurance will cover it and then send you a massive bill. What's worse, when you call to resolve the issue the office staff will hide behind "office policies" and then when you ask to speak to Dr. Greenhill to discuss the situation he will not be professional enough to respond and address the issue. Customer service and retention is obviously not a priority to this office. We are moving on and YOU CAN DO BETTER TOO!!!

In order to protect your privacy and comply with HIPAA Regulations, we cannot comment on specifics in a public forum. Our doctors do not handle insurance and financial matters. Dr. Greenhill cares about each of his patients and considers one of the best ways to serve their needs is to have our Financial Administrator address concerns regarding insurance and billing matters. Customer service is a high priority for our office. We are sorry that your experience has not met your expectations.
Best pediatric dental office in NKY!
My children and I love everyone in this office. I was not surprised at all to learn that Dr. Greenhill is currently president of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. My girls love getting their nails painted, and my boys love the video games. Excellent in every way!

Each time I have been there, I have been very impressed with the friendliness of everyone. Also impressed with how clean the office is. My grands love the way the office is decorated (just for kids). Really nice! I am grateful that I can trust Dr. Greenhill with my precious grands.
