People grill on their porch and we have sent 3 emails about it to the manager and nothing gets done. The office don’t even reply to our email.
We applied for this apartment since was close to the work ..the manager who told me.. she is barley new .. asked us for pre application.. we provided everything and we new .. we are more than qualified.. after a week I went and to give her paystub as well.. she just rude with the smile told we .. we rented…how come.. we put our effort and time… and still our application is there…
I wish I could give lower stars. Try to stay away from this community. Your mailboxes will broken for sure and for me the credit cards was stolen and used. This is not a gated community, so security is a concern. The management wants money from you and will try to rip you off for anything and everything. Lorraine and management guys will never respond. It is 2 star for a reason.
