Verified Renter it takes a little long for an issue to be resolved but it does get fixed eventually, front desk staff changing regularly but everybody's been good and professional so far

Verified Renter Everything has been great here for us so far. We have experienced minor issues with our door and the facilities team has responded very promptly. We utilize all the provided amenities and especially love getting coffee in the morning at the lobby!!

Verified Renter Beautiful building! The location is amazing and the there have been no issues with the apartment whatsoever. Neighbors are polite and pretty quiet. It is an apartment so you’ll hear people in the hallway or muffled noises from an upstairs neighbor, but nothing major. The staff are all amazing and so quick to address any issues! Very happy here and recommend Union on Queen to others looking in the area.
