My son has only moved in a few weeks and already the problems were no hot water, air not cooling properly and his refrigerator turning off due to a breaker malfunction? He filed and contacted maintenance which took a while and they have blamed it on so many things from move in days to the city? And we really do like it there and the maint. staff is really nice but but for the price we're paying it's just too many problems.

The building had a few growing pains such as a prolonged water outage and I was hit by an emergency tarp faultily released while exiting the elevator. The management violates the Texas law to “charge you a reasonable "reletting fee" for having to prepare the dwelling for reletting and having to redo paperwork.”… charging at minimum 5x the relenting fees of other west campus apartments(1500k+ , in addition of paying that months rent and having another person cover all other months). Maintenance and cleaning crew are great and hard working. Amenities were good and place was nice. Massive struggles in the beginning that we weren’t really compensated for, plus rent/charges were misleading. One of the managers I think named Tanner was hella rude and pretentious.

After living here for a year, here is my living experience: Pros: cleaning environment and nice amenities, never see any insects in the building. The utility beside rent here is cheaper than my friends' apartment. Fast responded maintenance team, helpful leasing team members. Securities available on the first floor. Cons: thin window that doesn't block the party sound at all, frequent late night party around this building and I can hear clearly. Frequent water outage.
