The team was wonderful to work with and explained everything throughly. #soexcited
The building was put together too quickly, and as such has suffered problems with the elevators and the water. However, the staff has some of the greatest people you will ever meet. Shoutout to my boy Pierre, he's the goat, and we'll definitely be inviting him to the next Bay Harbor Boys meeting
Dwight is awesome!!! The apt is great, but the staff including Dwight really make it an even better experience. He was very patient and answered tons of my questions and made me feel super comfortable meeting with him and renting. He goes above and beyond and is incredible. Anthony of maintenance is also super amazing! He remembered my name after only one convo, helped out with an urgent washer issue, and is always super friendly and kind. A great place to live!! Thank you so much!!!! : )
Trash apartment garbage office
This has honestly been such a horrible experience. Why are the elevators always broken? The water issue is horrible and staff do not help. I understand that they know as much as we do but maybe the managers should update them more so we can get more information. Yesterday we had no update on anything, I think if you are running an apartment complex and you have an issue like this, you should update the residents as much as possible.
