Union Home Mortgage did a great job with both of our mortgages - one for our first home and then the refinance a few years later. Tim Bullock's team was super quick and responsive as well as "first-timer friendly." If we ever needed a question asked, we knew someone on the team would answer an email or call, any day of the week. Both mortgage processes were smooth and easy to understand, and I truly felt like the team was working for my benefit with every move!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with UHM and the Tim Bullock Team through our first-time home buying experience. Everyone was friendly and informed us at every step of the way! The most memorable part will certainly be a pizza lunch the day following our closing, courtesy of our broker! Even our real estate agent who had worked with him for a long time said that she didn't know many other brokers who would do that!

I don’t think there is a mortgage lender company that communicates and is there for you more than UHM! We will always recommend them and continue to use them if we ever buy another house. They made the process so easy and were always available to work with us and answer all of our questions (no matter how small).
