My experience was amazing! I plan to share Yolanda's contact information on social media and would gladly send anyone I know her way. It all went quickly and I was a little anxious as a first time home buyer. She stepped in and walked me through the process, answered questions, and explained what steps to take. Yolanda made a stressful, big step feel easy.
Awful with customer service. They answer and say “Iet me send you with someone who can help you with that”. Next thing you know they answer and hang up or they send me back to main menu and I have to restart the process all over again. Refinanced a few years ago. I was looking at multiple option. Tim Yanes said, "We will never sell your loans like the other guys, it will always be with us.". That was a lie. Today I found out with no warning my loan was sold to another company in California. I lost all respect for this company today. Read the fine print and take every word they say with a grain of salt. Promises NOT kept.
We had a terrible experience with this mortgage provider. In calling to solve the issue, we were routed to an individual who was unable to help. We heard nothing for weeks, then received a letter stating they would not correct their error. After being a homeowner and customer for 12 years, always paying early, it is a real disappointment. Our next home purchase will not be financed through Union. Recently they also began spamming our phones with multiple calls every day attempting to get customers to refinance.
