I just wanted to share with you my experience with Union Home Mortgage. I feel as though I didn’t get a fair change at being approved for a loan. The reason I feel this way is because not only was I not warned that my credit was being pulled and when but I was given the cold shoulder once it was pulled. Emails weren’t answered and calls were sent to voicemail. The upper management does not know how to run a business. We’ve given them over 30 days to take care of our closing documents on our home and here we are 3 days from our original closing date and the underwriter is dragging their feet! WISHING WE COULD CHANGE MORTGAGE COMPANIES!!

My wife and I are first time home buyers. We went with Union Home Mortgage due to a family friend. It has been nothing but frustration when trying to deal with them since we closed in June. Was like as soon as we signed they did not care anymore. We have had an issue trying to get them to pay our insurance premium for 4 or 5 months. Every call ends with okay its all good but yet to be resolved. When you speak to a supervisor they sit there in silence and says nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNION HOME MORTGAGE TO ANYONE. Horrible Horrible service... the Loan officers have no Idea what they’re doing. Lies after lies after lies. Was (pre approved) right from the start , strung along for 60 days. Paid for inspection,paid for appraisal. 2 weeks past my closing date still not closed and because the Loan officer left on vacation and put my file on another workers desk, they didn’t want to do the work needed to close for me ,so after 60 days of jumping through hoops and obtaining everything they requested in a fast manor .....
