We have had the mortgage with this company for just over 2 years and have had nothing but problems. We have to deal with Rick that is in charge of our mortgage and he is an arrogant smart ass that talks down to us non stop. The service is horrible, if you have a problem over the weekend you won’t get any answers until Tuesday at best. We switched insurances from State Farm to USAA on January 1st, I gave them the paper work on December 9th and they have messed up billing on the new escrow amount 2 in 4 months.
