This is the worst Mortgage Company I been with by far. I been with them a little over a year and iv had more problems with them than all the other companies I been with put together. The 1st 3 months know on knew who had insurance on my house because they sent the check to the wrong insurance company. One time they call me saying my payment didn't arrive, I paid over the phone and they cash to check when it finally arrives. This is an awful company. They have never paid our insurance or taxes without one of us calling and complaining or emailing to get it straightened out. They refused to add me to the loan because my husband and I weren't yet married (wedding was moved due to corona. we had been together for 8 years when he bought the house). The communication from them is terrible. I have considered refinancing the house somewhere else with a higher rate just so I don't have to worry about what they aren't doing. What a nightmare of a company to deal with. We started with a Construction-perm loan and our problems began with the first credit check. At our initial approval they told us that they would pull our credit report, which we approved. Two day later we noticed both myself and my wife had 2 new credit checks that had been run 2 days in a row. We asked UHM and they told us that they messed up on the first pull so they did a second without our approval. We now get to wait 2 years for the second check to fall off.
