Absolute terrible company to work with. And for something as important as a mortgage, nonetheless. Consider yourself lucky if you ever hear back from customer service or can reach an actual human being. They completely disregarded paying my homeowners insurance for the year. They’ve lost several of my payments, charged me twice in one month. You name it. I would drop them in a heartbeat if I could.
Flawless and efficient loan closing for my refinance. No delays or issues.
Very fast and efficient service. My loan officer was in constant contact with me to answer my questions and ensure that everything kept moving on schedule. For closing, somebody came out to our house and explained all of the documents and helped us work through and sign. Extremely happy with Union Home Mortgage throughout the entire loan process.
The process from first connecting with my loan officer through the stages of approval and reaching closing, the loan process with Union Home Mortgage was seamless! Every processor and underwriter that I interacted with was clear with what they were looking for, and everything was done in a timely manner. My time with Union Home Mortgage was so efficient that I was able to move my closing date a few days earlier than expected! Excellent job by the UHM team, and I am thrilled to be a Partner with such a great lender!

This was my first home purchase, and as a younger buyer (early 20's) I was still shaky on a lot of legal documents and things, so I was intimated by the process. But I shouldn't have been at all. I had a wonderful experience with Union Home Mortgage. I was a first time home buyer and I was nervous to make such a big purchase. Mike Jones helped me every step of the way. He made the process very seamless and understandable. If I had any questions, I always got a response and explanation. Buying a home is very stressful and UHM helped take that stress away. I highly recommend getting your home loan through UHM.
The process at UHM was easy and seamless, and they helped me through every step. I felt throughout like they had my best interest at heart, and that I was an important customer to them. I would 10/10 recommend friends and family to work with them.
Customer Service will not respond to calls or e-mails. They did not pay my home owners insurance from the escrow impound account. Thanks for nothing UHM!
