I can’t say enough about Team Turner at union home mortgage. Greg and his team started our loan application and promised to have it closed in two weeks and they did just that. I never had to wonder how things were going because I received calls giving me updates daily i never had to call them to find out anything so I highly recommend team TURNER at UHM. This is the worst Mortgage Company I been with by far. I been with them a little over a year and iv had more problems with them than all the other companies I been with put together. The 1st 3 months know on knew who had insurance on my house because they sent the check to the wrong insurance company. One time they call me saying my payment didn't arrive, I paid over the phone and they cash to check when it finally arrives. This is an awful company. They have never paid our insurance or taxes without one of us calling and complaining or emailing to get it straightened out. They refused to add me to the loan because my husband and I weren't yet married (wedding was moved due to corona. we had been together for 8 years when he bought the house). The communication from them is terrible. I have considered refinancing the house somewhere else with a higher rate just so I don't have to worry about what they aren't doing.
