Customer Service will not respond to calls or e-mails. They did not pay my home owners insurance from the escrow impound account. Thanks for nothing UHM!

Very frustrating lender. I refinanced with them in January which was a huge mistake. I have a two parcels and they cannot seem to understand ESCROWED MEANS PAY TAXES ON BOTH PARCELS. They prepped all of my docs with one parcel so that delayed my closing. After that, when taxes become due, they only paid county taxes on the one parcel. In June, they just didn't pay my school tax until I followed up with them. Now my township taxes are due and they only paid taxes on one parcel. Horrible Communication. Unprofessional representatives. Im at the point where I feel Im being scammed by this lender. Officual reqauests must be written by email, and now written with payable check to company to have my PMI dropped after 2 years.
No one will discuss my issue with me!! The agent that got us our mortgage or the customer service representative have not returned my calls or emails. I want to discuss my situation with someone that can give me an answer. David R. Salmon
If I could give them a negative star I would! This is thee most horrible mortgage company I have ever dealt with. And it’s mostly used for VA loans! Despicable! Terrible customer service and full of lies! They steal your money and always try and explain it away! Took 4 months to get them to pay off a mortgage and then added more fees on because they took so long! They need to be closed down! Beware!!
My Husband and I built a new home and was referred to contact Tim *****(senior loan officer) with Union Home Mortgage. Tim made applying very easy for my husband and I. Tim explained every step of the way. When we had any questions he was quick to respond and helped with any questions or concerns. They have not paid my insurance bill from my impound account. They also do not answer their phone or return mesages. Horrible customer service!
I just found out that my home has been uninsured for the last 3 months due to Union Home Mortgage not paying my insurance bill as our contract states, and despite the fact that I have paid my mortgage on time each month. I have been trying to reach someone for a few days now and only get voicemails and no calls back. Some of the voicemails are full so I am unable to leave a message. It is frightening to be uninsured and I would like to make sure this never happens again.
