The process from first connecting with my loan officer through the stages of approval and reaching closing, the loan process with Union Home Mortgage was seamless! Every processor and underwriter that I interacted with was clear with what they were looking for, and everything was done in a timely manner. My time with Union Home Mortgage was so efficient that I was able to move my closing date a few days earlier than expected! Excellent job by the UHM team, and I am thrilled to be a Partner with such a great lender!

I had a wonderful experience with Union Home Mortgage. I was a first time home buyer and I was nervous to make such a big purchase. Mike Jones helped me every step of the way. He made the process very seamless and understandable. If I had any questions, I always got a response and explanation. Buying a home is very stressful and UHM helped take that stress away. Customer Service will not respond to calls or e-mails. They did not pay my home owners insurance from the escrow impound account. Thanks for nothing UHM!
Very frustrating lender. I refinanced with them in January which was a huge mistake. I have a two parcels and they cannot seem to understand ESCROWED MEANS PAY TAXES ON BOTH PARCELS. They prepped all of my docs with one parcel so that delayed my closing. After that, when taxes become due, they only paid county taxes on the one parcel. In June, they just didn't pay my school tax until I followed up with them. Now my township taxes are due and they only paid taxes on one parcel. Horrible Communication. Unprofessional representatives. Im at the point where I feel Im being scammed by this lender. Officual reqauests must be written by email, and now written with payable check to company to have my PMI dropped after 2 years.
