It has been a complete nightmare. I can say do not trust UHM. I have been lied to many times by the loan officer RC and then by team lead Audrey Z*******. Criminals! After a breast cancer diagnosis during Covid I asked for a morgage dererment and was granted it. However, they kept calling and extending it, which I agreed since I was uanble to work in well over a year due to treatment. They continued to call and I was always granted an extension, which allowed me to catch up on medical bills. During this time, I would also inquire about when a payment was due. I never would get an answer. They had me file modificaitons twice, which they denied. They advised me to file with MIHA... read more
