Absolutely horrendous service. The lady we worked with actually told us she didn't think we could afford what we were approved for therefore she wouldn't tell us. Now over a year after closing on our house and locking into a fixed rate mortgage this company wants to try an raise our rates by over $150 a month. Absolutely terrible company to work with and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

I asked for help consolidating my debt with a home equity loan. I had to keep after them asking if they would be servicing the loan as I steeped deeper into debt. I was given full assurance that would be the case repeatedly. Then fast forward, and they are sell the loan to a company I have never heard of. At the time I asked for the HELOC, my credit score was viable. Now after the dust has settle and my loan kicked to the curb. I don’t qualify for anything any longer. Thank UHM- for nothing.
