The staff was very knowledgeable. My � needed surgery. They clearly explained the process and told me what to expect. The staff was also warm and friendly, not just to my cat but also to me.
I was in crisis mode for 3 days when my cat had a bladder emergency and needed fluids and observation. No other vet would see me, including my primary vet. They referred me back to the emergency vet which I could not go back to because of the cost. I'm so grateful for them, especially Dr. Rhodes. Such a great and caring vet. The staff is so friendly as well! What a great place that obviously puts the well being of the animals first and treats the owners with respect. This is hard to find.
Dr. Christina Belew and her staff at Union Hill Animal Hospital are absolutely phenomenal! My sweet baby is a rescue who was abandoned in Indiana and relocated with us to Saint Joseph, MO in 2013, to KCMO in 2015 and finally to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2016. I cannot express how happy we were with the services and care provided by Union Hill Animal Hospital; they jumped through so many hoops to ensure that we were able to make our move to Saudi Arabia in March of 2016. My puppy Fig had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rhodes! She was very informative and took the time and care needed to answer any questions and concerns we had. The lobby was very welcoming and the staff was really wonderful.
I came in to see Dr. Rhodes ( my vet different office) with my new puppy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the reminders I get for my appointment time, as life gets busy and getting that reminder is great!
We recently went to UHAH and were so pleased with our experience. There was great rapport built by the vet with our dog. All of the staff were friendly and pleasant to be around. The overall visit was efficient and finished in a timely manner. We will be back and are so excited to have found such a good match for our family.
