They are thorough and clearly care for the animals that they see. They do all they can to make the office as relaxing as possible for pets including calming wall diffusers. I trust them to take great care of my pets.Appointment scheduling is a breeze and can be done online. Plus they send out very helpful reminder emails when it’s time for check ups and vaccines.
They saw two of our cats through to their end of life with gentleness and kindness. We were very touched at the card everyone signed for us when our Squeaky died (thank you all so much!). We'll definitely return to Union Hill with our next cat.
Dr. Rhodes was wonderful. She was able to work my dog in although she was fully booked. I am new in town and the Vet clinic a friend had recommended would not schedule her until the following week, at which point she could have been dead. My dog is 17 years old and freaks out when you put her on those metal tables. Somehow Dr. Rhodes instinctively knew this and got down on the floor with her to examine her. Totally impressed with her knowledge and compassion.
We had to put our 14 year old cat down because she had serious health probles. Dr Rhodes was absolutely wonderful. You won't find a vet that is more caring!

An outstanding team of professionals. The level of research and commitment to problem solving my pet's health has been so incredible!! I feel so fortunate to have them in my neighborhood, but I would drive from a long distance to get this level of care for my pet.
