RecommendedConvenient and safe location. Although I was familiar with the KC area, I had no idea where to call home when moving here. Covered parking, quick maintenance, and just nice features of an apartment that make it feel homie are the reasons why I enjoy living here. Things are usually as perfect as they can be, and when they're not the staff honestly does their best job to fix problems when they can be fixed and try to make the experience here a good one!
Love love love the location!! Walking distance from WWI memorial and crown center, short drive to crossroads and the plaza! No complaints with union hill:)

Quiet beautiful walkable neighborhood close to everything including downtown and crossroads. Management is great. Free gym. Secured buildings with in apartment security systems and underground parking. I have lived here 4 years and would definitely recommend.
My roommate and I have loved living at Union Hill for the past year. The area, buildings, and gym are all super clean and update. We also love the extra levels of security at Union Hill.
Wonderful staff, view, and amenities. After 1 1/2yrs I've never been dissatisfied. The office is open daily and maintenance requests are completed promptly. I'd definitely recommend this property.
The location, apartments, and amenities are all fantastic. I’ve loved my year at Union Hill. The only downside is the Lykins building does not allow pets.
Great location, gym included and security system in apartment with card to enter! Highly recommend and perfect for students!
