My heat was out for 5 days when it was in the negatives. For 2 days, I continuously called every few hours and they assured someone would be coming and nobody ever did. On the 3rd day, someone finally showed up but they couldn’t fix the issue so they said they would send another person out that day and they didn’t. I turned down other contractors calling back to help me out because I was assured this company was coming.

Their technicians don't know how to properly install a furnace nor do they know how to accurately determine what size furnace should be installed based on the square footage of a building. I had a 20 year old furnace fail and hired this company to install a new one. After the new furnace was installed and issues were still present I was told the airflow wasn't adequate enough and I would need to redo the ventilation system in the home.
