I had an excellent experience with Hector and the entire team at Union Heat. From the start, scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and they were very accommodating with my availability. Highly recommend Union Heat, LLC!! I have been using them for years and I have never met such an honest and trustworthy individual such as Hector. My house is over 100 years, so it has its quirks when it comes to heating and cooling. Hector was knowledgeable about our furnace, radiators, and more. We have been slowly upgrading our system to even include a generator switch. I cannot recommend Hector enough!

Had a great experience with Hector, who came to my home, and Junior, who answered my phone call. I was thrilled that they were able to come out that same day to investigate a potential problem. Thankfully, my issue ended up being minimal, but Hector took the extra time to walk me through some things and give me great advice. Above and beyond service! Both Hector and Junior were extremely professional and patient. We will definitely be calling them again!

Fast, Friendly, and Prepared – Union Heat Saved the Day! Hector is a lifesaver! Came out at the end of a 90° day for an emergency A/C call, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the exact parts on hand to fix it fast. Friendly, professional, and thorough—never rushed.
