I went here for a year, when I was working on a job that was a Union. So I had no choice, I had an HMO. This place was a complete nightmare. The staff wouldn’t answer the phone most of the time. You couldn’t pay me ever to return to this clinic again. And there was this one older Indian doctor who was absolutely horrible. She couldn’t care less about her patients. They quite literally never pick up the phone. I have called at least five times this week and they’ve only picked up twice. The first time, I was put on hold for atleast 30 minutes, so I hung up. The second, they answered but then hung up immediately. The receptionists are nice people, I just don’t understand why I have to physically drive there just to make an appointment. I genuinely dislike this place.
This is the worst insurance and doctor clinics ever. If you have a medical emergency and need the ER, they will only cover ER bills from approved hospitals in their network. And if you don't call them within 48 hours even if it's on a weekend, they will not cover the bill at all. So if you're having a massive heart attack, better hope the ambulance will get you to one of their approved hospitals in time. What a joke. Have had a good experience at the Evanston location my only complaint is I wish all my appointments with union health service appointments were there
